I find your site very useful. I hope you will add some more experiments so that all
ages can benefit. One group I'm thinking of is children in kindergarten ages. My own
daughter is five years and full of curiosity. I think around that age is particularly

The best sources of information on this topic are books. I know only two books dealing
with fabrication of lenses:
- John Strong, Procedures in Experimental Physics. It is an hold book (1948 about), but it
is very valuable.
- Allan Mackintosh, Advanced Telescope Making Techniques, two volumes published 1986
You could get more exhaustive answers by the newsgroup: sci.optics
Try also associations of amateur astronomers.

Some rather interesting ideas.A few more would be nice,but i suppose a few
